Tell: Focusing on listening as one of the most important communication skills it's true that it's not easy to listen, even for a minute or two, without ‘translating’, or working on, the information we are receiving as it arrives and that is one of the main reasons that stops us from listening better the tendency of some of us in the listener role to jump ahead of the incomplete message with possible questions or answers.
