Handling objections activity

This is a good activity for sales people to help them come up with different ways to handle sales objections on the fly.

Directions:

Split the group into two teams, team 1 will be the Sellers, team 2 are the customers.

The sellers team will start off by sharing something positive about the company/product/Service something like “Our network is the largest in the country and customers enjoy uninterrupted service”

Team customers now should come up with an objection or an issue with what was said about the product or service, something like “Actually the network is not that good, there are certain dead areas where customers get no coverage.”

Now the sellers team will need to come up with a suitable way to handle this objection. Once a suitable response is agreed to be a good way to handle the objection, switch team roles so that now the sellers become the customers and the customers become the sellers.
